WINONA, Minn. - The Warrior soccer team ties with the UMary 0-0, at Altra Federal Credit Union Stadium.
The Warrior defense was swarming the Marauder offense all game, holding UMary to just two shots on goal. Both teams had several scoring opportunities, but neither team was able to capitalize and the game ended in a draw.
How it Happened:
The Warrior defense stifled the Marauders all first half.
Quinn Williams and
Annika Groendal held down the back line all game. The Warriors had seven shots in the match. The second half was met with a stalemate as both sides exchanged attacks but got nothing out of it.
Abigail Rounds recorded another clean sheet in the net.
