WINONA, Minn. – The Winona State tennis team heads to Owatonna, Minn. for their last regular season match against the Minnesota State Mavericks.

The Warriors are set to square off against the Minnesota State Mavericks this Saturday, April 18th.

Winona State Notes:

• Winona State is 6-14 on the year, and 3-6 in NSIC play.
• Lainy Ristau leads the Warriors on the singles side going 12-8, with a 10-8 record at the No. 1 singles spot and 2-0 at the No. 2 singles spot.
• The team of Ristau and Izabel Barr are 5-4 in doubles, going 4-4 at the No. 1 doubles spot and 1-0 at the No. 2 doubles spot.

Minnesota State Notes:

• The Mavericks are 9-3 overall, and 8-1 in NSIC play.
• Taina Cordeiro leads the singles side going 8-1, Cordiero is 4-0 at the No. 5 singles spot and 4-1 at the No. 6 singles spot.
• The team of McKenna DeMarce and Julia Gurholt are 7-5 at the No. 1 doubles spot.
