HUDSON, Wis. --- The Winona State Warriors women's golf team competed in its second meet of the 2026-27 season at the MSU/CSP Fall Brawl, taking place Sept. 14-15 at Troy Burne Golf Club.
The Warriors placed 10th at the event with 676 strokes, trailing UMary by five strokes (671) and placing just ahead of Minot State (696).
Megan Young led the Warriors, placing 29th at the event with rounds of 87 and 77 for a +22 score.
Maeve McDougal (91, 79) and
Kendyl Conrad (90, 80) each placed in a tie for 43rd to earn the top three finishes for WSU.
Taylor LeMire took fourth on the Warriors with rounds of 93 and 82 to place in a tie for 54th.
Tara Eckes rounded out the WSU finishers, placing in a tie for 60th (93, 87).
The Warriors placed in a tie for third as a team with 11 brides during the tournament, while Young tied for third individually with four birdies throughout the tournament.
