BROOKINGS, S.D. – Megan Seidl won the 400-meters with a time of 55.61 seconds, beating out 104 participants. Kaitlyn Long won the weight throw after marking 21.39 meters/70'2.25'' feet.
 
Kathleen Taylor was second in the shot put, setting a new personal best with a throw of 14.36 meters/47'1.50'' feet.
 
Seidl was just .2 seconds off her personal best and now ranks seventh nationally in the event. Taylor ranks 12^th in the nation currently in the shot put.
 
Raissa Hansen was seventh in the mile run, crossing the line in a time of 5:06.18. It was the second fastest time in school history.
 
Long took seventh in the shot put with a toss of 13.60 meters/44'7.50'' feet.
 
Nicole Nelson would take sixth (17.35m 56-11.25) in the weight throw and Mikayla Lindell wound up ninth (16.79m 55-01.00).
 
Amanda Schaefer leaped an 11.21 meters/36'6.75'' feet to place eighth in the triple jump.
