WINONA, Minn. – Winona State tennis plays at home for the first time this season in a pair of weekend matches against NSIC opponents. The Warriors host St. Cloud State Saturday afternoon at 12:30 p.m. followed by a 9 a.m. match Sunday morning against Minnesota Duluth.
Both matches will be played at the Winona Tennis Center (360 Vila Street, Winona, MN).
Tayla Card, Rachel Gantz, Kali Hackmann and Kendra Kappes are each 4-0 in the spring against conference foes in singles action. The duo of Gantz/Kappes is also undefeated in four spring doubles matches. Card/Hackmann are 3-0 as a team.
St. Cloud State is 1-5 overall this spring (1-3 NSIC) and Duluth owns a 2-1 record (1-1 NSIC).
Following this weekend's matches the Warriors travel to Orlando, Florida for four matches on March 4-7.
