Warrior Pitching Over the Years...
You Can't Touch This: No-Hitters (21):
- 21 total no-hitters.Â

Winona State history, a 2-0 gem over

Warriors.Â
Notable:Â
-
Bemidji State has been the victim of the most dialed-in
Warrior pitching performances, accounting for four of
Winona State's 22 no-hitters. Â
-
Minnesota-Morris was no-hit by
Winona State twice in the same season;
Chris Gove beat the
Cougars 2-0 on March 27, 1994, while teammate
Curry Deutsch tossed an 11-0 win against
UM-M five weeks later on May 3.Â
-
Warrior pitchers seem to particularly prefer April 14. Two
Winona State no-hitters have been achieved on the day before taxes are due; the first-ever
Winona no-hitter by
Andy Sweta occurred on April 14, 1949, while
Troy Heifort closed out the WSU baseball century with a no-hitter on April 14, 2000.Â
