Entering his tenth season with the Warriors, head coach Jeff Straight noted, "We return five players that were starters at some point last season. Peyton Coahran, Diego Olano, Luke Maas and Logan Chouinard all played at a high-level last season. Marc Bota has had a great summer along with junior, Tyler Johnson who will be re-joining the Warriors this season. We also added five top newcomers to our Warrior family, Tyler Gandrud from Minnesota, Javier Ramos Casariego from Spain, Max Jericho from Australia, Juan Carlos Feregrino Ponce from Mexico, and Stratton Deneke a Mesa CC transfer from Arizona. They will all really help add great depth to the Warriors roster. We have a very young team; however, our players have an incredible amount of high-level tournament experience and are ready for a great season.
Peyton Coahran, a Junior from Spicer, Minn. Finished t-5th in the NSIC last season and had a stroke average of 72.8. Coahran earned All-NSIC First Team in the 2023-24 season.
Coach Straight on Coahran, "Peyton has been a top performer for the Warriors the past 2 seasons. He was named 1st Team All NSIC last season and all NSIC all-tournament team the past 2 seasons. Peyton has an unmatched work ethic on the course, weight room and more importantly in the classroom majoring in Composite Engineering. He is a team Captain and leads through setting a strong example for others to follow. It is an absolute honor and pleasure to be his Coach."
