WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University track & field team head across the river to UW- La Crosse to take on the Pat Healy Classic hosted by the Eagles of UWL on Saturday, January 25 starting at 12 p.m. after having a great weekend at the Bearson?Gathje Classic.
The Warriors look to continue to break school records at the Pat Healy Classic at UWL after coming off of a great weekend at the Bearson/Gathje Classic at Minnesota State, Mankato. WSU had several athletes getting top three finishes as well as breaking school records at MSU, with those being
Regan Feit placing second in the in the 600m race,
Sophia Taarud placing first in the one mile race,
Jenna Anders placing first in the 800m race, Samatha Harke placing first in the 1000m race,
Kylie Anderson placing first in the 3000m race,
MacKenzie Wissbroecker taking second and breaking the school record in the long jump, and
Hanna Reichenberger taking third place in the triple jump. Winona State had numerous other athletes that were coming close to top three finishes at MSU.
Winona State Univeristy track & field continue their 2025 portion of their season at the Pat Healy Classic on Saturday, January 25 starting at noon where Feit, Taarud, Anders, Anderson, Harke Wissbroecker, Reichenberger and the rest of the Warrior track & field team look to break more school records and place in their events.
