WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University women's tennis team is scheduled to begin their 2025 spring season this weekend when they travel to St. Cloud, Minnesota to face off against the Huskies at 12:30pm on Saturday, February 15. The Warriors have won nine out of the last ten matchups against SCSU, dating back to February 26, 2017. 

The Warriors, who were selected fifth in the 2025 NSIC Preseason Women's Tennis Coaches' Poll and have eight returners ready to make an impact to go along with three new faces with Nikita Agrawal, Alexandra Madjun, and Debbie Ogdahl all beginning their freshman campaign. Sophomore Skylar Gary was selected as the 2025 Preseason Player to Watch for the Warriors. 

The Warriors are coming of an 8-9 season, including a 4-5 conference record, while St Cloud State comes off a 4-11 season, with a 2-7 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference record.
