WINONA, Minn. The Winona State University women's tennis team prepares to travel to St. Cloud State University and the University of Minnesota Duluth on Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22. The match against the Huskies is set for a 4:30pm start and the following day against the Bulldogs begins at 11:30am.

Winona State most recently comes off a contest against Fort Hays State, dropping the match 5-2. Skylar Gary showed to be very impressive earning a win a No. 1 singles in dominating fashion taking the contest 6-0, 6-0. Clara Thoemke was the only other Warrior to earn a points taking the No. 4 singles in 3 sets.

St. Cloud State 3-5 record on the year so far and were defeated by the Warriors earlier this season in a closely contested match. The Huskies most recently defeated Concordia College to finish out their Spring Break trip winning the contest 5-2.

The University of Minnesota Duluth holds a 4-5 record on the year so far and 0-2 inside the NSIC. In their last contest the Bulldogs competed in Orlando, Florida in a neutral site contest against Grinnell College dropping the match 1-6.
