WINONA, Minn. – Winona State University track and field student-athlete
MacKenzie Wissbroecker will head to Colorado State University- Pueblo to compete in the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Wissbroecker, a freshman from Antigo, Wis., has written her name all over the WSU record books in the long jump during her first season as a Warrior. After earning All-American honors at the 2025 NCAA DII Indoor Track and Field Championships, Wissbroecker set the new Winona State outdoor long jump record twice with the best being a jump of 6.31 meters.
Heading into the 2025 Championships, Wissbroecker holds the seventh best jump in all of Division II this year and is seeded sixth for the championships.
The NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships are hosted by Colorado State University – Pueblo on May 22-24 at the CSU Pueblo Thunderbowl in Pueblo, Colorado. Wissbroecker will compete in the long jump on Thursday, May 22 beginning at 3:30pm.
