MANKATO, Minn. – The Warriors Track and Field team showed up and showed out, against a wide range of competition at the Mark Schuck Open.
Sasha Steinbach came in 8th in the 60m with a time of 7.76.
Steinbach also led the way for the Warriors in the 200m earning herself a 5th place finish with a time of 26.71. She was followed by
Faith Hafner and
Lydia Toshner who came in 20th and 39th place respectively.
Jadence Nagel came in 14th place in the 400m with a time of 1:03.08.
Mady Dockendorf earned herself a 16th place finish in the 1000m with a time of 3:10.09.
Mara Talabac paved the way in the mile with a time of 5:15.58 finishing in 7th place.
Libby Ray finished close behind her with a time of 5:303.0 tabbing a 17th place finish.
Kelly McCarthy earned a 5th place finish in the 500m with a time of 19:19.41.
Chloe Fratzke earned a 4th place finish in the high jump with a height of 1.57m.
Delaney Untz earned herself a 16th place finish with a height of 1.47m.
MacKenzie Wissbroecker earned a 5th place finish and a new DII 15th national ranking with a long jump distance of 5.95m.
Cecelia Dittrich earned herself a 25th place finish with 5.31m.
Ella Scheuler earned a 2nd place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 12.37m and earned the DII national rank of 5th.
Ava Krista followed coming in 5th with a distance of 11.59m earning herself the new DII national rank of 37th.
Megan Kreul earned herself a 10th place finish with a distance of 11.09m.
The Warriors are back in action next weekend across the river in La Crosse, Wis. as they compete at the Guthrie Legacy Meet on Saturday, February 7th.
