BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The 2019 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Tennis All-Conference Teams have been announced and three members of the Winona State University Warriors have garnered All-Conference recognition.

First Team Doubles: Beth Murman and Kaisey Skibba

Second Team Singles: Kendra Kappes

Murman, a freshman, and her junior teammate Skibba combined for a 12-5 (8-3 NSIC) record at Doubles No. 1 in their first season as a duo. Skibba was a previously a Doubles Honorable Mention as a freshman in 2017.

Kappes, a junior, is now a three-time All-NSIC honoree after earning 2017 Singles Honorable Mention status and 2018 NSIC Doubles Second Team recognition. Kappes posted a 10-7 (7-4 NSIC) record at Singles No. 1 this season. The Neenah, Wisconsin native also excelled off the court, earning the 2019 NSIC Elite 18 Award for her outstanding accomplishment as a 4.0 student in the classroom.

Winona State owned a 9-8 (8-3 NSIC) record in 2019 for its third straight winning season.
