WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University soccer team will return to the road for an NSIC weekend, traveling to Bemidji State University on Friday, Oct. 7 and the University of Minnesota Crookston on Sunday, Oct. 9.
The Warriors and Beavers will kickoff at 6 p.m. on Friday, while Sunday's match against Minnesota Crookston will begin at 1pm.
Winona State heads into the contests this weekend having earned points in four of their last five matches, including wins over Minnesota Duluth (3-1) and Concordia, St. Paul (2-1).
On Friday, the Warriors will be looking to reverse a streak of tough results against BSU in recent years as the Beavers have won seven of the last nine games between the two teams. WSU and BSU battled to ties in 2015 and last season. WSU has fared well against Minnesota Crookston, owning a 8-0-2 slate dating back to 2011.

- Due to forecasted temperatures, Winona State is kicking off at 6pm, rather than the originally scheduled 7 p.m. start time.

- Abby Fettinger and Alyssa Pavlacic both have UMC goals this year.
- Kyle Halfpop is in his third season with Minnesota Crookston.
