WINONA, Minn. - The Winona State University volleyball team opens the home portion of their 2022 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) schedule this weekend in McCown Gymnasium, home of WNB Financial Court. The Warriors will host Augustana University on Friday, September, 16 and Wayne State College on Saturday, September 17.
The Warriors and Vikings will start at 6 p.m. on Friday, while Saturday's match against WSC will begin at 2 p.m.
Winona State returns home with a 4-5 overall record and 0-2 NSIC slate. WSU fell to nationally ranked Southwest Minnesota State and the University of Sioux Falls to open NSIC play last weekend.

- Wayne State played a mid-week, non-league match vs. Peru State on Tuesday, winning 3-0.
- Offensively, Wayne State is led by Taya Beller at 4.05 kills/set and Kelsie Cada 3.67 kills/set.
