MANKATO, Minn. - The Winona State University women's basketball team will play the final road game of the Warrior season on Thursday, Feb. 16, traveling to Minnesota State for a 7:30pm tip off in Mankato.
The Warriors are 10-16 this season and hold a 4-16 record within the NSIC and will be looking at an upset opportunity in the Mavericks, a team that is 20-3 overall, 17-3 in the NSIC and among the most recent NCAA Division II Central Region teams under tournament consideration. A Winona State win against Minnesota State would snap a seven-game losing skid for WSU.

WINONA STATE STORYLINES
The Warriors are 10-16 overall and sit at 4-16 within the NSIC.

Emily Russo has the highest per-game rebound average at 4.8.
Emilee Thiesse is in her 10th season at Minnesota State.
