MANKATO, Minn. - The Winona State University track & field team took a few athletes out to the Mark Schuck Open & Multi hosted by Minnesota State, Mankato to compete on Saturday, February 1. 


The Warriors track & field team took four athletes out to the Mark Schuck Open & Multi to compete in the one mile run and the triple jump. In the one mile run, Samantha Harke, McKenna Taylor, and Ella Voit all took part in the race. The three WSU athletes had top-10 finishes with Harke finishing third with a time of 5:05.46, Taylor finishing sixth with a time of 5:11.99, and Voit finishing tenth with a time of 5:15.24. In the triple jump, Hanna Reichenberger took first place with a distance of 11.86m, which broke into the Division II top 20 in the 2025 season. 


The Winona State University track & field team will be back in action on Saturday, February 8 down ath UW-La Crosse where the team will compete in the Mark Guthrie Legacy Invite.
