BURNSVILLE, Minn. - Peyton Coahran earned NSIC Golfer of the Week after firing rounds of 66 and 71 to finish 5-under-par.

Coahran, a senior from Spicer, Minn. helped the Warriors men's golf team win the Minnesota State Invitational at Troy Burne Golf Club in Hudson, Wis.

Coahran edged the field of 68 golfers by one stroke, birdieing three of his final five holes to secure the victory. His performance paced Winona State to the team title as the Warriors finished 13-under-par, claiming the tournament championship by twelve strokes.

WSU is in action next on Monday, September 22nd and Tuesday, September 23rd at their home Jewel Invitational in Lake City, Minn. at the Jewel Golf Club.
